الملخص The research aims to provide a suggested competence of trainee science teacher for elementary necessary acquisition of educational preparation program was formulating the research problem in question president: what is the perception of the proposed efficiencies teacher trainee primary science needed for phase acquisition of educational preparation program? The fork of this question six sub-questions, and to achieve this goal researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach by the tool, which were represented Balastabanh included competencies, which was divided into several aspects (acceptance of the trainee, the cultural side, the educational side, the side specialist, practical training) has applied the tool after confirmation of validity and reliability on a sample of teaching curricula and methods of teaching science faculty at the university of umm al-Qura in Makkah and the 21 and the science teachers at the primary level in government schools in mecca and their number 106. The researcher has used appropriate statistical methods to answer research questions, including the frequencies and percentages and test t for comparison between the two samples was reached to the results of the most important: I got skills on the side of the practical training of the highest grade in importance, followed by skills related to accept the teacher, then the competencies relating specialist side, then competencies related to the educational aspect, and the competencies relating to the cultural aspect is less degree in importance compared to other competencies, as well as the lack of statistically significant differences at the significance level (0,05 = ∞) in determining the importance of the skills necessary for the science teacher at the primary level between both faculty members teaching and parameters, and the researcher recommended the following: revision of the educational preparation of science teachers and develop programs to provide teacher graduate necessary competencies that help him in the teaching of science in primary school, enlighten those who plan educational preparation of the importance of skills related to the cultural aspect of the teacher trainee and directing courses program guidance and functionally achieve production of cultured teacher.
