الملخص The aim of the study is to recognize counseling competences and its relationship with vocational satisfaction for students'' counselors in Jazan region. 130 students'' counselors have been selected randomly. Two research tools have been designed that were counseling competence measurement, vocational satisfaction measurement. It has been concluded that there is positive relationship and statistically significant between counseling competences and vocational satisfaction. It is concluded that vocational satisfaction can be predicted through personal competence and cognitive competence. Both personal and cognitive competences among other competences are the highly predictive competences referring to vocational satisfaction.
