الملخص    This study aimed to identify the degree of participation of governmental middle schools principals of human relationships from the perspective of school teachers in Riyadh. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire which was checked by sincerity and persistence; then applied on a sample survey of public school teachers in the middle of Riyadh city. The total number is (89) teacher. The researcher used a number of statistical methods appropriate to the nature of this study. The most important results of this study: 1) the degree of the headmaster of human relationships with teachers, in general, where high average year (3.38 out of 4). 2) The average mean ranged between (2.96), and (3.80) for the exercise of the headmaster of human relationships with teachers, which ranged between the degree of medium, and high score. 3) The phrase "begins with a greeting of Islam, the school principal when he meets with teachers," came in the first stage with average (3.80 out of 4). 4) The phrase "authorizes the director of the school teachers as part of his powers" came in the last stage average of (2.9 of 4). 5) The reliability coefficient for the axis of the study where high school ranged between (0.90 - 0.94) and the overall persistence coefficient (0.97) and this indicates that the questionnaire has a high degree of stability. 6) The lack of statistically significant differences at the level of (0.5) for the variables of the study (scientific qualification, the type of qualification, years of service).
