الملخص    The present study aimed to determine the Reading Comprehension skills to be perfected in learning to read in children hearing impaired (Cochlear Implants), with the preparation of a proposal for the development of those skills program, has been confirmed for the researcher through the development of Reading Comprehension skills of the following dimensions: (Interpretation Alsamaa- discrimination and remembrance - voice spelling) which is one of the problems facing children cochlear Implants when learning to read with determining causes, and work to overcome them to develop a new program proposal. The researcher divided the work into two aspects: 1) theoretical side: offered researcher concept of hearing-impaired, and a cochlear implant and its components, and the mechanism to work through it, and the standards of children''s nomination for the surgery, and then clarify the steps cochlear implants, and the stage of linguistic rehabilitation, then offered Reading Comprehension and important operations, and the purpose of the development of comprehension skills reading, and the methods used in the conduct of their education, as they have an effective impact in addressing the problems and difficulties faced by children cochlear Implants when reading. 2) Practical side: the researcher applied the proposed program, where the experiment was conducted on a group of children Cochlear Implants school integration in the city of Alexandria. This has resulted from these actions the discovery of the most important skills faced by these children, it has been observed them what Ienoh in auditory skills and auditory interpretation wrong voices and the confusion between letters and words, especially similar, but with respect to the auditory understanding and linking it to the meanings of words, it has been observed that they face difficulty in linking Bmaaneha words, especially if the words close in the alphabet, and also Alterdav in the words of the reasons that make it difficult for them to learn to read. In applying the proposed program for the observed good effect achieved results as a test of Reading Comprehension, and the importance of technical applied thanks to implant a cochlear and the extent of its reflection on the skill of understanding of my readers development in children, hearing-impaired persons have become able to integrate into the world''s voice and learn to link sensory information with its meaning and use of school and family life and social relations.
